Ingredients

📦 20 ml Vanilla Syrup (used twice, total 40 ml) - No specific brand specified.
☕ Double shot Espresso - Made with a Rocket Espresso machine
🧊 1 Ice Cube
🥛 40 ml Heavy Cream
🧊 Ice - Fill a glass
🍦 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

1- Pulling Espresso:

• Start by pulling a double shot of espresso using a Rocket Espresso machine
• Pour it into a short glass

2- Flavoring Espresso:

• Add 20 ml of vanilla syrup to the hot espresso

3- Cooling Down:

• Add 1 ice cube into the espresso and vanilla syrup mixture
• Cool it down quickly while retaining flavor

4- Frothing Espresso:

• Using the Subminimal NanoFoamer V2, froth the espresso mixture
• Achieve a light foam consistency
• Set aside

5- Preparing Cold Foam:

• In a separate tall glass, combine 40 ml of heavy cream with another 20 ml of vanilla syrup

6- Frothing Cold Foam:

• Utilize the Subminimal NanoFoamer V2 once more to froth the cream and vanilla syrup mixture
• Froth until it becomes a thick, airy cold foam

7- Preparing Serving Glass:

• Fill your serving glass with ice cubes

8- Layering Cold Foam:

• Pour the frothed cold foam over the ice
• Allow it to settle as the base layer

9- Layering Espresso:

• Gently layer the frothed espresso over the cold foam
• Create distinct layers

10- Topping with Ice Cream:

• Finish by topping the drink with two generous scoops of premium vanilla ice cream
