Instructions

1- Pulling Espresso:

  • Start by pulling a double shot of espresso using a Rocket Espresso machine
  • Pour it into a short glass

2- Flavoring Espresso:

  • Add 20 ml of vanilla syrup to the hot espresso

3- Cooling Down:

  • Add 1 ice cube into the espresso and vanilla syrup mixture
  • Cool it down quickly while retaining flavor

4- Frothing Espresso:

  • Using the Subminimal NanoFoamer V2, froth the espresso mixture
  • Achieve a light foam consistency
  • Set aside

5- Preparing Cold Foam:

  • In a separate tall glass, combine 40 ml of heavy cream with another 20 ml of vanilla syrup

6- Frothing Cold Foam:
