Ingredients

☕ 1 cup cold brew coffee
🍒 2 tablespoons cascara dried husk of the coffee cherry
🍾 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
🍬 2 tablespoons simple syrup
🍋 Lemon (optional, for syrup or garnish)
💧 Sparkling water to top
🧊 Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

1- Prepare Your Glass:

• Fill a tall, clear tumbler with ice cubes.

2- Build the Drink:
