🥄 1 tablespoon 1883 Maison Routin Pistachio Syrup
🍫 1 pump Hollander White Chocolate Cafe Sauce approximately 1-2 tablespoons
🥛 6-8 fl oz dairy milk your preferred brand
Instructions
1- Preparation Setup:
- Turn on your Breville Barista Touch Impress espresso machine.
- On the machine's touchscreen, select a coffee setting that suits your taste such as "Flat White" or a similar latte setting.
2- Prepare the Base:
- Grind and tamp the coffee beans using the integrated system in the espresso machine.
- In a ceramic coffee mug, add 1 tablespoon of 1883 Maison Routin Pistachio Syrup.
- Add 1 pump of Hollander White Chocolate Cafe Sauce to the mug.
3- Brew the Espresso:
- Attach the portafilter with the ground coffee to the machine.
- Place your prepared mug under the portafilter.
- Start the espresso extraction and let the hot coffee pour directly into the mug with the syrup and sauce.
4- Froth the Milk:
- Pour 6-8 fl oz of milk into a black, insulated metal frothing pitcher.
- Use the steam wand on the espresso machine to froth and steam the milk. Aim for a creamy texture ideal for latte art.
5- Combine and Serve:
- Once the espresso shot is ready, remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee grounds into a knock box.
