💧 544 grams Water
🍦 1.5 Ounces Monin Vanilla Syrup

Instructions
1- Smash Blackberries:
- Smash 6 large blackberries thoroughly in a bowl.
- Use an espresso tamper or fruit smasher until they are pulpy.
2- Prepare Coffee Grounds:
- Add 34 grams of Bluebeard Coffee Roasters "El Capitán".
- Use coarse ground coffee into the Hario Olive Wood Double-Walled Coffee Press.
3- Combine Ingredients in French Press:
- Combine the smashed blackberries with coffee grounds.
- Add a small amount of water.
4- Stir Mixture:
- Stir the mixture gently to combine.
5- Add Water to French Press:
- Pour the remaining 544 grams of water into the French press.
6- Brew Coffee:
- Place the lid on the French press without plunging.
- Let it brew for 4 minutes.
7- Smash Remaining Blackberries:
- Smash the remaining 12 blackberries until mostly liquid.
- Ensure they are smooth.
8- Mix Milk and Blackberries:
- In a stainless steel pitcher, mix smashed blackberries with 9 ounces of milk.
9- Add Vanilla Syrup:
- Add 1.5 ounces of Monin vanilla syrup.
- Stir until well blended.
10- Prepare Glass:
- Fill a glass almost full with ice.
11- Plunge French Press:
- After 4 minutes, slowly press down the plunger on the French press.
12- Pour Coffee Over Ice:
- Pour approximately 5 ounces of brewed coffee over the ice in the glass.
13- Add Milk Mixture to Glass:
