Ingredients
🌿 2 fresh rosemary sprigs for smoking and garnish
🍫 0.75 oz white chocolate sauce
⚗️ 2 heavy dashes cardamom bitters
☕ Double shot espresso
🥛 6 oz steamed milk preferably whole milk
Instructions
1- Smoke Infusion:
- Place one sprig of fresh rosemary on a small wooden board.
- Use a butane torch to light the rosemary until it smokes.
- Invert a clear glass over the rosemary to trap the smoke inside and let it infuse for about one minute.
2- Preparing the Latte Base:
- In your serving glass, combine 0.75 ounces of white chocolate sauce and two dashes of cardamom bitters.
- Pour in a double shot of espresso.
3- Mixing:
- Use a bar spoon to stir the white chocolate sauce, cardamom bitters, and espresso until they are well mixed.
4- Adding Milk:
- Remove the inversely positioned smoke-filled glass from the rosemary.
- Fill the serving glass with 6 ounces of steamed milk, pouring over the espresso mixture.
5- Final Touch:
- For garnish, take the remaining sprig of rosemary and briefly light its tip with the butane torch to release aromatic smoke.
- Position this aromatic garnish on top of your latte.
