Ingredients

🍬 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
💧 1/2 cup Water
🌰 1/3 cup Pecans, chopped
🥞 Pearl Milling Company Original Syrup, a generous pour
🥄 Coop's Salted Caramel, 1-2 spoonfuls
☕ Nespresso Vertuo coffee pod
❄️ Ice, approximate quantity for filling the glass
🥛 Milk, add as needed for the latte and frothing

Instructions

1- Prepare Pecan Pie Syrup:

• In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, chopped pecans, Pearl Milling Company Original Syrup, and Coop's Salted Caramel.
• Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer, allowing the flavors to meld.
• Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer into a glass measuring cup to separate the syrup from the pecan solids.
• Transfer the strained pecan pie syrup into a storage bottle.

2- Prepare Espresso:

• Insert a Nespresso Vertuo coffee pod into your Nespresso machine.
• Pour a desired amount of the prepared pecan pie syrup into a small espresso mug.
• Brew an espresso shot directly into the mug containing the syrup and stir thoroughly.

3- Assemble Iced Latte:

• Fill a serving glass with ice. For a fun twist, place a decorative pecan at the bottom.
• Pour the espresso and pecan pie syrup mixture over the ice.
• Add milk to the glass, leaving a little space for froth.
• Stir the iced latte to blend all the flavors.
• Top with frothed milk or cold foam.
• Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped pecans on top of the foam for added flavor and texture.
