Instructions:

2. Take a large glass, suitable for a refreshing drink on a warm day.
3. Measure out 120 ml (or two 60 ml portions) of the cold brew coffee and pour it into the glass.
4. Add 2 1/2 teaspoons of your homemade jackfruit syrup or a sweetener of your choice to the cold brew. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
5. Take a couple of ice cubes and place them in a shaker. This will help to chill and invigorate the drink. Alternatively, if you don't have a shaker, a bottle or glass jar with a tight-fitting lid will work just as well.
6. Pour some of the cold brew mixture over the ice in the shaker. Secure the lid and give it a vigorous shake. This helps to aerate the cold brew, creating a nice texture.
7. Once shaken, pour the frothy cold brew back into the glass with the rest of the brew.
8. Top your drink off with some crisp, chilled soda water, pouring gently to maintain the fizz.
