- Dairy or dairy alternative, 6 oz
- Dark brown sugar, 2 tablespoons plus more for garnish
- Ground cinnamon, a dash and extra for garnish
- Homemade brown sugar cinnamon syrup (or store-bought), 3 pumps

Equipment:
- Espresso machine
- Mason jar or cocktail shaker
- Milk frother
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 1
Cooking Tips:
- If you're using a dairy alternative, choose one that froths well, such as barista blends of almond or oat milk.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness and cinnamon level to taste.
- For a more pronounced cinnamon flavor, infuse your brown sugar syrup with cinnamon sticks by simmering them together.
Instructions:
1. Begin by frothing 6 oz of your chosen milk with the brown sugar cinnamon syrup and a dash of ground cinnamon until it's well combined and frothy. Set aside.
2. In a mason jar, add 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar.
3. Brew three shots of espresso directly into the same jar using two corresponding Nespresso capsules. If you opt for a different type of coffee capsule, adjust the milk volume accordingly.
4. Shake the mason jar with brewed espresso and brown sugar vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until the mixture becomes frothy and cools down slightly.
6. Fill a serving glass with ice, pour in the frothed milk, and top it with the shaken espresso mixture from the mason jar.
7. Garnish by adding a couple of dashes of cinnamon on top of the cold foam and sprinkle a light dusting of brown sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
8. If desired, add a cinnamon stick for garnish and serve immediately.
