🌰 Pinch of Nutmeg
🌿 1/3 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
🌾 3-4 Cloves
🌿 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick
🍂 1/2 Vanilla Bean
💧 Water

Instructions

1- Prepare the Pumpkin Puree:

  • Clean and peel the pumpkin, remove seeds, and chop it into cubes.
  • In a saucepan, add water and the chopped pumpkin. Boil until tender.
  • Drain and mash the pumpkin until smooth, creating a puree.

2- Make the Coffee Decoction:

  • Boil a cup of water in a saucepan.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of your preferred instant coffee powder to the boiling water.
  • Allow it to brew and then strain out the coffee to get a rich decoction.

3- Infuse Spices with Coffee Syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, combine nutmeg, dry ginger powder, cloves, cinnamon stick, and split vanilla bean with a small amount of water.
  • Heat the mixture gently to extract the spice flavors.
  • Add this spiced syrup to the coffee decoction and stir well.

4- Prepare the Milk:

  • Warm the full fat milk in a separate saucepan or using a milk frother until it’s steaming.

5- Assemble the Latte:

  • In a large mug, combine 40 grams of pumpkin puree with the spiced coffee decoction.
  • Pour the steamed milk over the mixture, stirring to combine.
