🍫 2 pieces Parmida 72% Cocoa Dark Chocolate (30g)
☕ 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
🧊 Ice to fill the glass
🥛 Milk to fill the glass over ice
🍦 Whipped Cream optional for topping
Instructions
1- Brew Espresso:
- Begin by brewing 2 shots of espresso using your preferred method.
- Demonstrated here is a Moka pot on a gas stove, but feel free to use an espresso machine or French press.
2- Melt Chocolate:
- Place the Parmida 72% dark chocolate pieces into a clear serving glass.
3- Combine with Espresso:
- Pour the hot espresso directly over the chocolate in the glass.
- Stir thoroughly until the chocolate is melted and well mixed, forming a luscious dark chocolate base.
4- Add Ice:
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, adjusting the quantity to your liking.
5- Add Milk:
- Pour milk over the ice until the glass is full, creating a delightful contrast with the rich chocolate mix below.
6- Optional Toppings:
- For an extra treat, pipe whipped cream on top of the drink using a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle.
