Ingredients
🍨 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
🥃 1.5-2 oz Baileys The Original Irish Cream
☕ 2 shots espresso
☕ Whole coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
1- Prepare the Ice Cream:
- Place approximately 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a green ceramic mug.
2- Add the Baileys:
- Measure 1.5-2 oz of Baileys The Original Irish Cream using a standard jigger.
- Pour it over the ice cream.
3- Brew the Espresso:
- Use the Breville Barista Express espresso machine.
- Brew 1-2 shots of espresso.
4- Combine:
- Pour the hot espresso directly onto the ice cream and Baileys mixture in the mug.
5- Stir and Serve:
- With a metal spoon, gently stir to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Serve immediately.
- Garnish with whole coffee beans if desired.
