Ingredients:
-2–3 tsp ground coffee
-210 ml (7 fl oz) water
-A pinch of thyme or chicory
-Sugar, to taste
-Honey, to taste
Method:
1.Pour the water into a saucepan and add a pinch of thyme or chicory.
2.Bring the water to a boil, then let it steep for 10 minutes.
3.Strain the herbal infusion through a sieve.
4.Brew the coffee using the prepared herbal infusion with any preferred method.
5.Add sugar or honey to taste and enjoy.
