๐ง 1-2 tablespoons Cranberry Juice for whipped cream, Sol Vita by S
๐ 1-2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
โ 2 oz (60ml) Espresso, Walnut Coffee
๐ฅ 200-250 ml Milk
๐งด 1/2 - 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, Heavy Whipping Cream Grade A
Instructions
1- Prepare Cranberry Syrup:
- Pour 1/2 cup of Sol Vita by S cranberry juice into a small saucepan.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and stir to combine.
2- Boil Cranberry Syrup:
- Place the saucepan on a stove burner.
- Bring the mixture to a boil until it bubbles vigorously, creating a simple syrup.
3- Pour Cranberry Syrup:
- Pour about 30-45ml of the prepared cranberry syrup into the bottom of a clear glass mug.
4- Froth Milk:
- Pour the desired amount of milk into a stainless steel frothing pitcher.
- Steam/froth the milk using the steam wand of a DeLonghi espresso machine.
5- Pour Frothed Milk:
- Pour the frothed milk into the glass, over the cranberry syrup.
6- Mix Milk and Syrup:
- Use a handheld electric frother to mix the milk and cranberry syrup directly in the glass.
- The mixture will turn a light pink.
7- Brew Espresso:
- Brew 2 oz (60ml) of espresso via a DeLonghi espresso machine.
- Pour it carefully into the glass atop the milk mixture.
8- Prepare Cranberry Whipped Cream:
- Combine 1/2 - 3/4 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream Grade A with 1-2 tablespoons of Sol Vita by S cranberry juice in a separate glass.
9- Whip Cream:
- Use the handheld electric frother to whisk until it becomes light, airy, and thick with a light pink foam appearance.
10- Top Latte:
- Spoon the cranberry whipped cream onto the top of the prepared latte.
