Ingredients

🥄 1 small cup yogurt 100-120 ml
🥛 200-250 ml milk
🍯 30-50 ml condensed milk
☕ 1 tablespoon instant coffee
💧 45-50 ml hot water
❄️ Ice cubes

Instructions

1- Prepare the Base:

• Pour the yogurt into a tall serving glass.
• Add the milk, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
• Pour in the condensed milk.
• Use a handheld milk frother to thoroughly mix and slightly froth the ingredients in the glass.

2- Prepare the Coffee Foam:

• In a SUGAEINA measuring cup, pour the hot water.
• Add the instant coffee and stir briefly to incorporate.
• Use a handheld frother to whisk the coffee-water mixture until it forms a thick and frothy foam, similar to Dalgona coffee.

3- Assemble the Drink:

• Add ice cubes to the glass with the yogurt mixture, filling about one-third of the glass.
• Carefully layer the frothy coffee mixture over the ice and yogurt mixture to create distinct layers.
• Insert a metal straw into the drink.
• Stir thoroughly before drinking to mix the layers for a uniform flavor.
