💧 80ml of water (for a richer taste—use warm around 70°C)
Instructions
1- Setup:
- Place the copper cezve on the digital scale and tare it to zero.
2- Combine Ingredients:
- Add 8g of finely ground Turkish coffee into the cezve.
3- Measure & Add Water:
- Measure 80ml of warm water using the scale.
- Pour it into the cezve with the coffee grounds.
4- Initial Stirring:
- Stir gently to mix coffee grounds with the water.
- Break up any clumps, avoiding over-stirring.
5- Heat Gently:
- Place the cezve on a low to medium flame.
- Heat slowly, observing closely until the foam rises.
6- Foam Formation:
- Watch for the foam to reach the top.
- Ensure it does not boil over.
7- Remove & Pour:
- Once the foam rises, remove the cezve from heat.
- Carefully pour the coffee into your cup, keeping the foam on top.
8- Rest & Serve:
- Allow the coffee to sit for 1-2 minutes to let the grounds settle.
- Begin to sip and enjoy.
