Ingredients

☕ 45ml espresso or 4.5-5g instant coffee in 35g hot water
🍫 25g Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce
🌰 5-10g Torani Puremade Syrup - Hazelnut
🥛 180ml milk
🍮 Valrhona Cocoa Powder for dusting


Instructions

1- Prepare Your Syrup Base:

  • Start by adding 5-10g of Torani Puremade Hazelnut Syrup and 25g of Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce into an Orista espresso glass or mug.

2- Brew the Espresso:

  • Extract 45ml of espresso directly into the glass containing the syrup and chocolate sauce.
  • If you don't have an espresso machine, dissolve 4.5-5g of instant coffee in 35g of hot water as a substitute.

3- Mix the Base:

  • Use a small whisk to thoroughly mix the espresso, chocolate sauce, and syrup until fully combined.

4- Steam the Milk:

  • In a milk pitcher, steam 180ml of milk until it has a velvety foam.
  • This will form the creamy base of your mocha.

5- Assemble the Mocha:

  • Pour the steamed milk into your serving mug or glass, then gently pour the espresso mixture on top.
  • This method ensures a beautiful layer of foam on top of the beverage.

6- Add a Decorative Touch:
