Ingredients
☕️ 2-3 tsp Ground coffee
💧 120 ml (4 fl oz) Water
🥃 60 ml (2 fl oz) Dark rum
🌿 1-2 Cloves
⭐ 1 Aniseed star
🍬 Sugar to taste
🍦 Whipped cream, dispensed from an aerosol can
Instructions
1- Combine Ingredients:
- In a cezve or coffee pot, combine 2-3 teaspoons of ground coffee, 1-2 cloves, 1 aniseed star, sugar to taste, 60 ml (2 fl oz) of dark rum, and 120 ml (4 fl oz) of water.
2- Heat the Mixture:
- Place the cezve on the stove and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
3- Strain and Serve:
- Once it reaches a rolling boil, carefully pour the coffee into a glass mug, using a sieve or strainer to remove the spices and coffee grounds.
4- Add Whipped Cream:
- If desired, top with a generous swirl of whipped cream before serving.
