Ingredients

☕️ 2 Ninja® Big Scoops or 4 tablespoons Newman's Own Organics Special Decaf ground coffee
🌿 2 tablespoons fresh lemongrass, minced

🥄 ¼ teaspoon McCormick Ground Cinnamon
🌿 ¼ teaspoon The Spice Hunter Guatemala Cardamom Ground
🍬 2 teaspoons Madhava Naturally Sweet Coconut Pure & Unrefined Sugar
🥥 ¼ cup Aroy-D Coconut Milk


Instructions

1- Prep:

  • Mince the lemongrass finely.
  • Peel and thinly slice the ginger using the green-handled peeler.

2- Mix Spices and Coffee:

  • Combine the ground coffee, minced lemongrass, sliced ginger, ground cinnamon, and cardamom in a small white mixing bowl.

3- Prepare the Coffee Maker:

  • Place a brown paper filter into the brew basket of your Ninja Coffee Bar (CF092).
  • Add the spiced coffee blend into the brew basket.

4- Brew the Coffee:

  • Position a clear glass mug beneath the brew basket.
  • Press the "Cafe Forte" button to commence brewing.

5- Prepare the Milk Mixture:

  • Mix the coconut sugar and coconut milk in a Pyrex glass measuring cup.
  • Heat the mixture in a GE stainless steel microwave for 30 to 45 seconds.

6- Froth the Milk:

  • Froth the warm coconut milk mixture for 30 to 45 seconds using the Ninja Coffee Bar's built-in frother, referencing the owner's guide as needed.

7- Assemble the Drink:

  • Once brewing is complete, pour the frothy milk into the hot coffee, creating a layered effect.
  • Serve immediately in the clear glass mug.
