ā˜• Double Espresso Shot Coffee beans of choice, ground with Niche Zero grinder
🧊 2 small ice cubes
šŸ’§ Water for brewing, via the espresso machine

Instructions

1- Prepare the Milk:

  • Pour approximately 140 ml of cold Alpro Barista Soya milk into the 175ml Notneutral Cappuccino Vero glass cup.

2- Grind the Coffee:

3- Prepare the Portafilter:

  • Remove the dosing funnel and position the portafilter on The Force Tamper stand. Utilize the Cinoart PT2 automatic tamper to apply an even tamp to the coffee grounds.

6- Attach the Portafilter:

7- Prepare for Extraction:

  • Place the glass with cold milk on the Felicita Arc coffee scale beneath the espresso machine's portafilter.

9- Completion of Extraction:

  • Once extraction is complete (aiming for approximately 29.9g), remove the glass.

10- Add Ice Cubes:
- Using ice tongs, add two small ice cubes to the espresso-milk mixture.

11- Stir the Drink:
- Briefly stir the drink with a small spoon.

12- Serve:
