š 1/3 cup sugar
š½ 2 1/2 tablespoons corn flour

Instructions
1- Prepare the Biscuit Base:
- Break 6 Britannia digestive biscuits into pieces and place them in a mixer grinder.
- Grind the biscuits into a fine powder.
- Transfer the biscuit powder to a mixing bowl.
- Add 2 teaspoons of ghee and mix until the mixture starts to bind.
2- Prepare the Coffee Pudding Mixture:
- Heat 1/2 liter of full cream milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder and stir until dissolved.
- Incorporate 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and 1/3 cup of sugar.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, make a slurry by mixing 2 1/2 tablespoons of corn flour with 1/4 cup of milk, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Add this slurry to the saucepan and whisk constantly for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
3- Assemble and Chill the Pudding:
- Spoon the biscuit mixture into the bottom of small tumbler-style serving glasses.
- Press down with a tamper or spoon to form a compact layer.
- Pour the warm coffee pudding mixture over the biscuit base in each glass.
- Let them cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4- Garnish and Serve:
- After chilling, garnish each pudding with chocolate shavings.
