Ingredients
āļø 30ml Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
šø 30ml J.J. Whitley Family Distillers Vanilla Vodka
š 10ml Heering The Original Cherry Liqueur 1818
š° 5ml Toschi Amaretto Liqueur
āŖļø 3 dashes Ms. Better's Bitters Aromatic Bitters Batch N°42
āļø 30ml fresh brewed espresso
āļø Ice Cubes
š Garnish: Two dark cherries on a cocktail pick
Instructions
1- Prepare Your Shaker:
- In a Boston shaker, add 30ml of Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur.
- Pour 30ml of J.J. Whitley Family Distillers Vanilla Vodka.
- Measure 5ml of Toschi Amaretto Liqueur and add to the shaker.
- Add 10ml of Heering Cherry Liqueur.
- Sprinkle in 3 dashes of Ms. Better's Bitters from the provided dropper.
- Pour 30ml of freshly brewed espresso into the shaker.
2- Shake the Cocktail:
- Fill the shaker completely with ice cubes.
- Place the top on the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds until breathless to ensure proper integration and froth.
3- Strain and Serve:
- Double strain the mixture (using both a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer) into a chilled coupe glass.
4- Garnish:
- Spear two dark cherries onto a cocktail pick and lay it across the rim of your coupe glass for an elegant garnish.
