🍋 2 oz Licor 43
🫘 1 coffee bean for garnish
❄️ Ice

Instructions

1- Chill the Glass:

  • Ensure your cocktail remains refreshingly cool by chilling an old-fashioned glass.

2- Measure and Pour Licor 43:

  • Use a jigger to measure 2 oz of Licor 43.
  • Pour it into a cocktail shaker.

3- Brew and Add Espresso:

  • Add it to the shaker using the jigger, gripping the bottom carefully to avoid burns.

4- Fill Shaker with Ice:

  • Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Firmly attach the shaker tins.

5- Shake to Blend Flavors:

  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to blend the flavors and create a silky crema.

6- Prepare and Indent Ice Cube:

  • In your chilled glass, place one large ice cube.
  • With the back of a barspoon, gently press the top of the ice cube to form a small indentation.

7- Strain the Cocktail:

  • Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice cube in your glass, letting the rich liquid cascade into the indentation.

8- Add the Garnish:

  • Elegantly drop a coffee bean onto the indentation in the ice as a sophisticated garnish.
